Ensure your smart home continues to perform flawlessly with Formwave’s professional maintenance services. Our expert technicians provide on-site support for integrated technology systems, offering peace of mind and long-term system health.

What’s Included:

• 2 or 4 technician-hours of dedicated smart home service (e.g., one technician for 4 hours or two for 2 hours)

• System diagnostics and troubleshooting

• Performance optimization for lighting, audio, and control systems

• Firmware and software updates for continued reliability

• Basic system adjustments and reprogramming

• User guidance and hands-on training

• Comprehensive system health check

• Detailed post-service report with recommendations

What’s Not Included:

• Replacement hardware or parts (quoted separately)

• Electrical work (must be completed by a Registered Electrical Contractor)

• Travel beyond 35km from our Dublin HQ (subject to additional fees)

How It Works:

1. Service Booking
We discuss your smart home service needs and determine the technician support required (single or multi-technician team).

2. Remote Pre-Diagnostics
Where possible, we diagnose issues remotely to prepare for your visit.

3. On-Site Visit
Our technician(s) perform diagnostics, apply updates, recalibrate systems, and train users as needed.

4. Post-Service Report
You’ll receive a summary of work completed, maintenance advice, and any unresolved issues.

Important Information:

• Minimum booking: 2 hours (single tech) or 4 hours (multi-tech)

• Extra time billed at our standard hourly rate

• Travel >35km from HQ: charged at 70% of hourly rate

• Emergency or after-hours support available at 2x standard rates

• Ask about our service and maintenance contracts for year-round care
