Sheer blinds are horizontal fabric vanes suspended between two layers of soft mesh, giving you everything between full daylight and total privacy with a single fabric. When the vanes are open, light passes through softly diffused, the view stays. Close the vanes and the room dims while keeping the soft fabric appearance, unlike a hard roller shade.
