On-Site Installation Services

What's Included:

• Physical installation of equipment
• System connection and setup
• Initial configuration and testing
• Cable management
• Basic user training
• Installation documentation and signoff
• Removal of all packaging and cleaning of work area

What's Not Included:

• Electrical work (must be performed by a Registered Electrical Contractor)
• Structural modifications
• Custom cabinetry or furniture
• Network infrastructure installation
• Equipment supply (available separately)
• Extended programming services (available separately)
• Travel time for locations beyond 35km from our headquarters

Our Process:

1. Pre-Installation Assessment
   • Review of installation requirements
   • Safety assessment for work at height or heavy lifting
   • Determination of technician team size
   • Verification of site readiness
2. Installation Planning
   • Site access coordination
   • Identification of any special requirements
3. Installation Day
   • Site arrival and setup
   • Equipment installation
   • System connection and testing
   • Initial configuration
   • Work area cleanup
4. Handover
   • System demonstration
   • Basic user training
   • Documentation delivery
   • Installation signoff

Important Information:

• Minimum booking is 2 technician hours for single technician work and 4 technician hours for multi-technician team work
• Multiple technicians will be assigned when:
  • Heavy lifting is required
  • Work at height is necessary
  • Equipment handling requires more than one person
• Additional time beyond minimum will be charged at our standard hourly rate
• Travel time for locations more than 35km from our HQ is charged at 70% of standard rates
• Emergency and out-of-hours installation available by request at 2x standard rates

Customer Preparation Requirements:

• Clear access to installation area
• Power outlets available where needed
• All necessary permissions obtained (e.g., building management)
• Site contact person available during installation
