The Lyngdorf D Series brings the acclaimed Lyngdorf Audio sound quality to the custom installation speaker market. Following the successful launch of Lyngdorf speakers for contemporary living spaces—including the MH and FR on-wall speakers, BW boundary woofers, and CS-1 cabinet speakers—the D Series expands Lyngdorf’s range to offer high-quality in-wall and in-ceiling speakers ideal for stereo and multichannel home installations.

D is for Discreet Integration

The "D" in the D Series stands for discreet design, with all models crafted for seamless in-wall or in-ceiling integration. These speakers feature a reliable wall-mount system with sturdy mounting legs and come equipped with a pre-installed enclosure, simplifying both planning and installation. No aftermarket backbox or closed wall cavity is needed, ensuring consistent sound quality regardless of wall construction or available wall space.

Full-Range Speaker Design for Powerful Audio

The Lyngdorf D-500 Center is a full-range speaker featuring two passive woofers that enhance the midrange driver and tweeter. The tweeter is strategically placed above the midrange driver for optimized sound dispersion, making the D-500 Center an ideal choice for in-wall center channels in a stereo setup. This 2-way design, with passive woofers and extended bass response below 50Hz, offers strong performance without a subwoofer in smaller or medium-sized rooms or as an in-wall center speaker below a TV.

Integrated Pre-Mounted Loudspeaker Enclosure

Each D-500, D-60, and D-5 model is designed with a pre-mounted loudspeaker enclosure, eliminating the need for additional backboxes or closed wall cavities. This built-in enclosure guarantees defined and consistent sound quality, independent of wall construction or space behind the wall.

Signature Lyngdorf Audio Design and Drive Units

The Lyngdorf D Series speakers feature woofers and tweeters that build upon the renowned Lyngdorf drive units, specially customized for the D models. Each speaker incorporates soft-dome tweeters, lightweight aluminum cones, vented magnets, and robust die-cast baskets, delivering the high-fidelity, balanced sound Lyngdorf Audio is known for.
