Crestron Home OS
Crestron Home OS is the operating system at the heart of a Crestron-controlled house. One app and one set of keypads tie lighting, audio, video, shading, climate and security into a coherent experience that works the same in every room.
Formwave is a Dublin-based Crestron specialist installer and official Crestron dealer in Ireland. We design, supply, programme and commission Crestron Home systems end to end, from a single zone to whole-home projects.
Why Crestron Home OS
- CP4-R, MC4-R-I and DIN-AP4-R processors purpose-built for Crestron Home OS, plus general-purpose 4-Series CP4, CP4N and DIN-AP4 for fully custom Crestron programs.
- R-series wall mount and tabletop touchscreens (TSW-570PR, TSW-770R, TSW-1070R, TS-770R, TS-1070R), plus the TSR-310 handheld touchscreen and HR-310-I remote.
- Cameo and Horizon 2 keypads in metal, glass and architectural matte finishes.
- Full lighting hardware range covering phase, 0-10V, switched, motor, DALI and DMX loads from CLWI, CLCI and DIN rail modules, with GLS occupancy and daylight sensors. See Crestron Home Lighting.
- Integrated AV including Crestron NVX 4K AV-over-IP, DM HDMI matrix switchers and DM-NAX network audio. See Crestron NVX.
- Crestron CEN-SWPOE managed PoE switches purpose-built for AV networks.

Crestron Home covers lighting (universal phase, leading and trailing edge, 0-10V, motor loads, RGBW LED tape), shading (motors and tracks), AV (4K AV-over-IP, HDMI matrices, multi-room audio), climate and security from a single ecosystem. Whether the house is a Georgian refurbishment or a new-build with full LED, the lighting closet and the in-wall hardware speak the same language.

Crestron Home pairs cleanly with Lutron HomeWorks QS lighting, Sonos audio, Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Ring and most major third-party platforms.
