Real-Time 1080p60 Video Performance
Engineered for demanding AV applications, the DM-NVX-D10 ensures real-time, full-motion 1080p60 video performance, making it ideal for multimedia presentations, videoconferencing, and digital signage. It supports line-synchronized outputs to ensure perfect synchronization across multiple displays, with variable multicast TTL (Time To Live) for traversing multiple network routers.
Enterprise-Grade Security
The DM-NVX-D10 provides robust security features such as 802.1X authentication, Active Directory® credential management, AES-128 encryption, and TLS/SSL protocols. These features ensure the safe and secure transmission of content, adhering to stringent enterprise IT policies.
Decoder Functionality
The DM-NVX-D10 is designed for seamless interoperability with the DM-NVX-E10 encoder and other DM NVX products that function as encoders. It receives video signals over the network and outputs them to a local display via HDMI. The device does not support video scaling, so the resolution of the encoder should be configured to match the capabilities of the DM-NVX-D10.
Analog Audio De-embedding
The DM-NVX-D10 features analog audio de-embedding, which provides a stereo line-level output for local sound systems or soundbars. The audio output volume can be adjusted via the web interface or a connected control system.
7.1 Surround Sound Audio
This decoder supports the lossless transport of 7.1 surround sound audio, including formats such as Dolby® TrueHD, Dolby Atmos®, DTS:X®, and uncompressed linear PCM, ensuring high-quality audio playback in any professional AV environment.
AES67 Audio Embedding and De-embedding
AES67 support allows the DM-NVX-D10 to transmit and receive 2-channel AES67 audio streams, which can be combined with video signals and output via HDMI and analog audio outputs. This feature facilitates integration with Crestron DSPs or third-party audio devices.
Copper Ethernet Connectivity and PoE Support
The DM-NVX-D10 includes a single RJ-45 1000BASE-T Ethernet port with PoE support, allowing the device to be powered through a PoE Ethernet switch, reducing the need for additional power supplies and simplifying installation.
Automatic Point-to-Point Connectivity
Point-to-point connectivity enables the DM-NVX-D10 to be directly connected to a DM-NVX-E10 encoder. When a direct connection is detected, the devices automatically operate in point-to-point mode without requiring additional configuration, simplifying setup and operation.
Device Control via RS-232, IR, and CEC
The DM-NVX-D10 features built-in RS-232 and IR ports for device control under the management of a control system. Additionally, CEC over HDMI allows control of display devices directly through the HDMI connection, potentially eliminating the need for separate serial cables or IR emitters.
Web-Based Setup and Management
The DM-NVX-D10 is easily configured using a web-based interface. It can also be managed centrally through a DM NVX Director virtual switching appliance, which streamlines configuration and control across multiple devices.
Compact Surface-Mountable Design
The DM-NVX-D10’s compact design allows for easy installation on flat surfaces or in AV racks, behind displays, or inside AV carts. The device is optimized for serviceable installations, with all connectors and indicators positioned for easy access.
