Four zones of Sonos audio from a single rack unit. Amp Multi provides eight amplified outputs, each independently configurable for stereo or mono, so a full floor of ceiling speakers runs from one box, one power feed and one network connection.

Eight channels, four zones

Every output is set independently as stereo or mono, so a bathroom running one speaker and a living room running a stereo pair can share the same amplifier without wasting a channel.

125 watts per channel, all channels driven

Full power on every output at the same time. GaN switching and post filter feedback keep distortion low when the whole house is playing, not only when one room is.

ProTune room correction

Ten band parametric EQ at plus or minus 15 dB, adjustable delay up to 50 ms, a high pass filter and per channel gain trim. Rooms are levelled and corrected at commissioning rather than left for the client to fix in the app.

Built for the rack

2U high, fanless and thermally optimised, with a rack mount kit made for it. One network drop and one power feed instead of four, which is the difference between a tidy rack and a crowded one.

Designed for architectural speakers

A minimum impedance of 2.67 ohms with Sonos Architectural by Sonance, so more speakers can share a channel where the design calls for it.

Part of the same system

Groups with every other Sonos player in the house and runs from the app the client already knows. Nothing new to learn when the zones are added.
