The Lutron RadioRA 3 In-Line Trailing Edge Dimmer brings wireless LED+ dimming to existing lighting circuits with no rewiring of the wall switch position. The module mounts in-line in the ceiling void above a downlight, behind a ceiling rose, in a junction box, or in a cabinet void. It joins the RadioRA 3 system over Lutron's Clear Connect RF, so dim level can be set from any Vierti keypad, a Pico remote, the Lutron app, or a programmed scene.

How it works

  • Reverse-phase trailing edge dimmer with Lutron LED+ technology for superior performance on LED, incandescent, halogen and ELV loads.
  • Rated up to 1 A / 250 W for incandescent, halogen and ELV loads.
  • Rated up to 1 A / 150 W for LED loads. Higher LED capacity available for fixtures Lutron has tested.
  • Neutral required.
  • Lutron Clear Connect Type A wireless at 868 MHz. Works independently of Wi-Fi.
  • Range: within 9 m of a RadioRA 3 processor or wireless repeater. Up to four repeaters can be added per RF link.
  • Remote device association lets the module be added to a system without physically accessing it after installation.
