Custom-Programmable Virtual Buttons
The TST-1080 features a universal status bar with virtual buttons for quick access to common functions. The touch screen is preconfigured with virtual buttons for Power, Home, Lights, Up, Down, and Microphone. Each button can be programmed for custom functionality, and unused buttons can be hidden.
Dynamic User Interfaces
The TST-1080 supports custom user interfaces created with Crestron HTML5 User Interface and Crestron Construct™ technologies, allowing developers and programmers to create rich, front-end user interfaces using modern web methodologies. The WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) environment simplifies UI development.
XiO Cloud Service
The TST-1080 is compatible with the XiO Cloud® service, an IoT-based platform for remotely provisioning, monitoring, and managing Crestron devices. Built on the Microsoft® Azure® software platform, XiO Cloud enables installers and IT managers to deploy and manage thousands of devices simultaneously with unlimited scalability.
Crestron Home OS Control
The TST-1080 can control a Crestron Home® OS whole home solution, providing access to lighting, shades, climate, media, security, and cameras. It allows the creation and recall of scenes that create a desired ambiance throughout a home, with easy access to various functions for both the room and the home.
Zoom Rooms App
The Zoom Rooms® conferencing control application enables the TST-1080 to be used as a touch screen control panel for Zoom Rooms software-based conferencing. It provides a reliable and secure platform with versatile mounting options and can integrate Zoom Rooms conferencing into a larger AV system.
Rava SIP Intercom
Rava SIP Intercom Technology enables hands-free VoIP communication with other Rava-enabled touch screens and door stations. It supports 2-way intercom and paging over a network connection, with built-in echo cancellation for clear, seamless voice communication using the integrated microphone and speakers.
Voice Recognition
With built-in voice recognition, the TST-1080 can execute spoken commands to control devices, select media sources, change channels, choose lighting scenes, lower window shades, lock doors, arm security systems, or enter passwords.
Streaming Video
The TST-1080 supports H.265, H.264, and MJPEG streaming formats, allowing it to display live video from IP cameras, streaming encoders, or DigitalMedia™ switchers.
Web Browser
The built-in web browser provides access to online program guides and other web-based services, enabling control of DVRs and other devices without the need for a separate tablet or smartphone.
Multitouch Support
The capacitive touch screen display supports multitouch control for enhanced browsing and interaction.
On-Screen Keyboard

The TST-1080's Instant-Waking® technology allows the touch screen display to wake instantly upon touch, with immediate command execution for actions like muting audio, pausing video, or changing channels.
Wi-Fi Connectivity
The TST-1080 supports 802.11ac/b/g/n/ax Wi-Fi protocols at 2.4 and 5 GHz bands for high-speed wireless connectivity, with up to 50 ft (15 m) omnidirectional coverage indoors. It can hand off communication between up to four Wi-Fi access points for continuous connectivity.
Enterprise-Grade Security
The TST-1080 employs standard network security protocols, including 802.1X network access control, Active Directory® service authentication, SSH, TLS, and HTTPS. It also supports SNMP for IT administrator monitoring and is configured to meet Crestron's enhanced security standards out of the box.
Extended Battery Life
The TST-1080 features a large-capacity Lithium Ion battery pack for up to nine hours of continuous operation and several days of typical use between charges. Intelligent power management ensures long battery life.
Table Dock Charger
The included table dock charges the touch screen's internal battery while allowing it to be used as a stationary tabletop touch screen. The dock holds the TST-1080 at a fixed upright angle and can be easily removed for portable use.
Wall Dock Accessory
The optional TST-1080-DSW provides a flush mount, in-wall docking solution for the TST-1080, allowing it to be used as a stationary wall mount touch screen or converted to a wireless touch screen at any time.
