Advanced Touch Screen Control
The TS-1070 offers a user-friendly interface for controlling technology in homes, boardrooms, classrooms, or command centers. It provides an intuitive interface with easy-to-use capacitive controls, true feedback, and real-time status display. The built-in proximity sensor wakes the screen without user interaction, and automatic brightness controls ensure optimal visibility under varying lighting conditions.
Custom-Programmable Virtual Buttons
The TS-1070 includes a universal status bar with virtual buttons for quick access to common functions such as Power, Home, Lights, Up, Down, and Microphone. Each button can be programmed via a Crestron control system to provide custom functionality, and unused buttons can be hidden individually.
Dynamic User Interfaces
The TS-1070 supports custom user interfaces created with Crestron HTML5 User Interface and Smart Graphics technologies, offering greater flexibility for UI developers and programmers. These technologies enable fluid gesture-driven controls, animated feedback, rich metadata, embedded apps, and customizable themes.
Voice Recognition
With built-in voice recognition, the TS-1070 allows users to issue spoken commands to control devices, select media sources, change channels, choose lighting scenes, lower window shades, lock doors, arm the security system, or enter a password.
Streaming Video
The TS-1070 supports H.265, H.264, and MJPEG streaming formats, allowing it to display live streaming video from IP cameras, streaming encoders, or DigitalMedia™ switchers. Video is delivered to the touch screen over Ethernet, eliminating the need for extra video wiring.
Rava SIP Intercom
Rava SIP Intercom Technology enables hands-free VoIP communication with other Rava-enabled touch screens and door stations. It supports 2-way intercom and paging over Ethernet, with built-in echo cancellation for clear voice communication.
Sonos App
The Sonos app runs natively on the TS-1070, allowing users to browse for tracks, artists, or playlists and play them instantly on Sonos wireless speakers or a Crestron Sonnex® multizone audio system.
Crestron Room Scheduling App
As part of a complete enterprise room scheduling solution, the TS-1070 can be deployed as a scheduling panel via the Crestron room scheduling app. It integrates directly with Crestron Fusion® software, Microsoft Exchange Server®, Google Calendar™, and other scheduling services.
Third-Party Scheduling Apps
The TS-1070 supports various third-party scheduling applications, with new providers made available via firmware updates. Setup is simple, and the selected app downloads from the cloud and installs on the touch screen without any programming or control system required.
Zoom Rooms App
The Zoom Rooms™ conferencing control application enables the TS-1070 to be used as a touch screen control panel for Zoom Rooms software-based conferencing and collaboration solutions. It provides a reliable and secure platform with versatile mounting options.
Microsoft Teams App
The Microsoft Teams® online meeting solution on the TS-1070 provides a hub for teamwork with messaging, voice over IP, online meetings, conferencing, content sharing, and collaboration through a single touch screen console.
Crestron Home OS Control
The TS-1070 can control a Crestron Home™ OS whole-home solution, providing access to lighting, shades, climate, media, security, and cameras. Users can create and recall scenes to create a desired ambiance throughout the home.
Bluetooth Beacon
The built-in Bluetooth® proximity detection beacon enhances the intelligence and personalization of a Crestron system by enabling a smartphone or tablet to always know what room it is in.
Web Browsing
The built-in web browser provides access to online program guides and other web-based services, allowing control of DVRs and other devices without the need for a separate tablet or smartphone.
Wired and Wi-Fi Connectivity
The TS-1070 can be connected to the network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi, providing high-speed connectivity for control, video, intercom, and power signals.
Power over Ethernet
Using PoE technology, the TS-1070 gets its operating power directly through the network cable, eliminating the need for a local power supply or dedicated power wiring. PoE+ is required when connecting a light bar or hallway sign via USB.

The TS-1070 includes a high-speed USB 2.0 port for connecting supported Crestron accessories to the touch screen.
