Smart Home Systems

The brain that ties the whole home together. One interface for lighting, blinds, audio, video, climate and entry, so the house works as a single, considered system rather than a stack of separate apps.

Formwave designs, installs and programmes two platforms: Crestron Home OS for high-end Crestron-led installations, and Control4 for flexible whole-home automation. Both chosen for long-term reliability, deep integration, and the kind of architectural finish that disappears into the room.

Choose your platform

  • Crestron Home OS. The premium choice for larger homes and complex integrations. CP4 and DIN-AP4 processors, R-series touchscreens, Cameo and Horizon keypads, GLS sensors, and full Crestron Home OS app control.
  • Control4. Flexible whole-home automation that scales from a single room to a full system. CORE 1/3/5 controllers, T4 in-wall and tabletop touchscreens, Halo and Halo Touch remotes, 4Sight cloud access.

Not sure which is right

We help you choose based on house size, structural state (new build, refurbishment, retrofit) and how deep the integration goes with lighting, shading, audio and AV. Home control is the upgrade that unifies your systems as the home grows, it is not a prerequisite for any single one. The more subsystems in the home, the stronger the case for it.

Professional installation across Ireland

Designed, supplied, programmed and commissioned by Formwave, smart home specialist installers based in Dublin and serving residential clients across Ireland.
