Time Block: 2 Technician Hours

Professional on-site technical support and maintenance for your AV and integrated technology systems. Our experienced technicians provide hands-on assistance to resolve issues, perform system updates, and optimize performance.

What's Included:

  • 2 or 4 technician-hours of service (e.g., one technician for 4 hours or two technicians for 2 hours)
  • System diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Performance optimization and calibration
  • Software and firmware updates
  • Basic system adjustments and reprogramming
  • User training and guidance
  • System health check
  • Detailed service report

What's Not Included:

  • Replacement parts or equipment (these will be quoted separately)
  • Electrical work (must be performed by a Registered Electrical Contractor)
  • Travel time for locations beyond 35km from our headquarters

Our Process:

  1. Service Booking
    • Discussion of issues or service requirements
    • Assessment of technician requirements (single or multi-technician team)
    • Remote diagnostics when possible
    • Scheduling of on-site visit
  2. On-Site Service
    • System testing and diagnostics
    • Implementation of required fixes or updates
    • Performance verification
    • User training if requested
  3. Service Documentation
    • Summary of work completed
    • Recommendations for future maintenance
    • Documentation of any outstanding issues

Important Information:

  • Minimum booking is 2 technician-hours for single technician call-outs and 4 technician-hours for multi-technician crew calls
  • Service can be delivered by a single technician or a multi-technician team based on job requirements
  • Additional technician-hours beyond the minimum will be charged at our standard hourly rate
  • Travel time for locations more than 35km from our HQ is charged at 70% of standard rates
  • Emergency and out-of-hours service available by request at 2x standard rates
  • Service and maintenance contracts available for regular system care
